At SMAN 1 Wanaraya, compliance with Iron Supplement Tablets (TTD) consumption is still low. An attractive and easily accessible educational medium such as a website is needed to increase positive attitudes towards TTD consumption. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of website use on adolescent attitudes towards iron supplement tablet consumption at SMAN 1 Wanaraya. This quasi-experimental study used a one-group pre-test-post-test design. A sample of 71 female students was selected using systematic stratified sampling. Data were collected using attitude questionnaires before and one week after accessing the educational website “RematriDarah.SH”. Analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test non-parametric statistical test. The results showed an increase in the average attitude score of adolescents from 27.51 (pre-test) to 29.86 (post-test). Statistical tests showed a significant difference (Z = -6.969; p = 0.000), proving that the website media had a significant effect on increasing the attitude scores of adolescents. Based on the research results obtained, educational websites were proven to significantly increase the positive attitudes of female adolescents towards the consumption of iron tablets at SMAN 1 Wanaraya. It is recommended that health and education institutions consider the use of websites as one of the strategies for adolescent health education.

Keyword: Website Media, Attitude, Adolescent Girls, Iron Supplement Tablets
Saprina _ Herdayanti Rita Kirana Suhrawardi - Nur Rohmah Prihatanti ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-07-05 2026-07-05 10 1 10 16 10.31964/jkb.v10i1.255 Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tahun 2025 https://www.ejurnalbidanbestari-poltekkesbjm.com/index.php/JKB/article/view/253
Abstraks

Muji _ Sumarawati Suhrawardi _ Rubiati Hipni Efi Kristiana ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-07-16 2026-07-16 10 1 17 25 10.31964/jkb.v10i1.253 (Factors Associated with the Use of Postpartum Contraception in the Working Area of Public Health Center of Wanaraya in 2025) https://www.ejurnalbidanbestari-poltekkesbjm.com/index.php/JKB/article/view/254
Abstract

The use of postpartum contraception at the Wanaraya Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas Wanaraya) declined from 73.6% in 2024 to 29.4% in January–June 2025. One factor influencing the low use of postpartum contraception is mothers' lack of interest in decision-making. E-booklets are a means that can be used to increase the interest of pregnant women. This study was conducted to determine the effect of e-booklet media use on the interest in decision-making regarding postpartum contraception among pregnant women at the Wanaraya Community Health Center. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study consisted of 35 pregnant women in their third trimester, selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected using an interest questionnaire and analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test and Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study show an increase in positive interest after the intervention, from 40% to 45.7%, while negative interest decreased from 60% to 54.3%. The average interest score increased from 35.45 to 39.60. The Paired Sample T-Test resulted in a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the use of e-booklets had a significant effect on increasing the positive interest of pregnant women in making decisions about postpartum contraception. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that e-booklets have been proven to be effective in increasing positive interest in decision-making regarding postpartum contraception among pregnant women.

Keyword: E-booklet, Interest, Postpartum Contraception, Pregnant Women.
Juwai Emnestiningsih Isnaniah - Hapisah - Rafidah - ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-07-16 2026-07-16 10 1 26 34 10.31964/jkb.v10i1.254 the Effect of Audio-Visual Media Education on the Level of Knowledge of Pregnant Women About Pregnancy Risk Factors in the Working Area of Jejangkit Public Health Center https://www.ejurnalbidanbestari-poltekkesbjm.com/index.php/JKB/article/view/258
Abstract

Pregnancy risk factors remain a maternal health issue in the Jejangkit Community Health Center working area. Data from June 2025 shows that there were 41 pregnant women, 13 of whom (31%) had high-risk pregnancies. This condition indicates the need to increase pregnant women's knowledge about pregnancy risk factors as a preventive measure against complications. Audio-visual media is an effective educational method because it can convey information in an interesting and easy-to-understand manner through a combination of visual and audio elements. This study aims to determine the effect of education using audio-visual media on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy risk factors in the Jejangkit Community Health Center working area. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 41 pregnant women taken using total sampling technique. Data analysis used the Paired Sample t-Test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The Paired Sample t-Test results showed a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means there was a significant effect. The average knowledge of pregnant women increased from 7.61 before the intervention to 10.20 after the intervention. Based on the results obtained, education using audio-visual media has a significant effect on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy risk factors in the working area of the Jejangkit Community Health Center.

Keyword: Audio-Visual Media, Knowledge, Pregnant Women
Rohana - Rita Kirana Erni Yuliastuti Vonny Khresna Dewi ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-07-16 2026-07-16 10 1 35 44 10.31964/jkb.v10i1.258 The Effectiveness Of Warm Compress Application Using A Mineral Water Plastic Bottle On First-Day Menstrual Pain Intensity Among Adolescent Girls Aged 15–19 Years In Swarangan Village https://www.ejurnalbidanbestari-poltekkesbjm.com/index.php/JKB/article/view/267
Abstract

Menstrual pain is a common complaint among adolescent girls and can interfere with daily activities. The prevalence of first-day menstrual pain among girls aged 15–19 in Swarangan Village is approximately 65%. Non-pharmacological therapies, such as warm compresses, have been reported to reduce pain; however, their use is still limited, and studies on adolescents are scarce. To determine the effectiveness of a warm compress using a mineral water plastic bottle on the intensity of first- day menstrual pain among adolescent girls 15-19 years old in Swarangan Village. This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The sample consisted of 30 adolescent girls experiencing first-day menstrual pain, selected using purposive sampling. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after administering a warm compress at 40°C for 15 minutes using a mineral water plastic bottle wrapped in a 19 × 17 cm towel. The Shapiro–Wilk normality test indicated that the data were not normally distributed; therefore, data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of p < 0.05.Data were analysed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The mean pain intensity before the intervention was 4.17 with a standard deviation of 1.533, categorized as moderate pain, and decreased to 2.83 with a standard deviation of 1.642, categorized as mild pain, after the intervention. A total of 25 respondents experienced a reduction in pain, while 5 respondents showed no decrease. The analysis indicated a statistically significant difference (Z = −3.583; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Warm compress application using a mineral water plastic bottle is effective in reducing first-day menstrual pain intensity and may be recommended as a simple, low-cost and easily applied intervention for adolescent girls.

Keywords: Menstrual pain intensity, Warm compress, Plastic bottle, Adolescent girls
Isnawati Isnawati Yuniarti - Nur Rohmah Prihatanti Rubiati Hipni ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2026-07-16 2026-07-16 10 1 45 54 10.31964/jkb.v10i1.267
