Abstrak
Abstract Riskesdas in 2013 showed that in Indonesia, births with the Sectio Caesarea (SC) operation method were 9.8% of the total 49,603 births. Based on the percentage of deliveries by Caesarean section, 13.7% were due to fetal distress and 2.4% were due to fetal size too large and the rest were performed without medical consideration. All conditions in Indonesia illustrate that the number of deliveries by Caesarean section is quite high in Indonesia (Desy R, 2012). In the delivery room of RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru, data from 2018 shows that deliveries by sectio caesaria (SC) are still high, the total number of mothers who gave birth was 3,406 and mothers with sectio caesaria were 950 people (27.9%) due to various indications of both maternal and fetal factors. (RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with childbirth through sectio caesarea operation in maternal delivery at Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital. This research design used a descriptive design. This research was conducted at RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru in May-June 2019. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth with sectio caesaria at the Idaman Banjarbaru Hospital in 2018. The sample of this study was 950 mothers who gave birth with sectio caesaria. The way of collecting data comes from secondary data. The analysis used is univariate analysis with a percentage formula. The number of SC deliveries at RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru in 2018 were 950 mothers with SC (27.89%), SC births with indications of maternal factors were 723 cases of SC (76.10%), and most of the diseases accompanying pregnancy were due to pre-eclampsia. / Eclampsia as many as 97 cases (13.41%). There were 227 cases of CS delivery with fetal factor indications (29.15%), and the most cases due to breech location were 95 cases (41.85%). Keywords:Sectio Caesarea, Determinants of Maternity
